A person's on-call assignments

Tool: oppex.oncall.whoIsOnCallByUser

Finds people by name or email and shows, for each one, the services and escalation levels they are on call for, and whether they are on call right now. Use it to check your own on-call duties, or a teammate's before you hand something over.

What you provide

InputRequiredDescription
Name or emailYesPart of the person's name or email. Matching ignores capitals and finds the text anywhere in the name or email.

Example prompts

  • "Am I on call this week?"
  • "What is Leia Organa on call for?"
  • "Which services is jordan.lee@example.com on call for, and at which level?"
  • "Is anyone named Solo on call right now?"

Who can use it

Anyone, whatever their role.

What you get back

Up to 20 matching people in your connection's workspace, sorted by name. For each person:

DetailMeaning
Name and emailWho the person is.
AssignmentsEach service and escalation level they are on, whether they are on it directly or through a schedule.
On call nowWhether they are on call at that level right now, and when the shift ends.
Contact numberTheir contact number, unless they have chosen to hide it.

Only active people who belong to the workspace are included. When several people match, the assistant shows each of them or asks you which one you meant.
