List my incidents

Tool: oppex.incidents.listAssigned

Lists the incidents assigned to you in your connection's workspace, newest first. It is the usual starting point for a question about your own work, and the assistant uses it to find the incident ID before it acknowledges, snoozes or resolves an incident.

What you provide

InputRequiredDescription
StatusNoResolved, Acknowledged, Snoozed or Unresolved. Unresolved means every state except resolved: triggered, assigned, acknowledged and snoozed. Leave it out to include every status, resolved incidents included.
Page numberNoWhich page of results to return. Starts at 1.
Page sizeNoHow many incidents per page. The default is 25 and the maximum is 100. A larger number is reduced to 100.

Example prompts

  • "What incidents are assigned to me right now?"
  • "Show my unresolved incidents, highest severity first."
  • "Do I have anything snoozed on Millennium Falcon Worker?"
  • "List every incident I resolved, 50 at a time."

Who can use it

Anyone, whatever their role.

What you get back

For each incident: its ID, title, status, severity, priority, service, who it is assigned to, when it was created, its source, and how many other incidents were grouped into it. The response also says how many incidents match in total and how many pages there are, so the assistant can fetch more.

Grouped incidents are counted, not listed

Incidents that were grouped into another incident do not appear as separate rows. The incident they were grouped into shows the number of grouped incidents.

There is no "unacknowledged only" filter

Unresolved includes acknowledged and snoozed incidents. When you ask for unacknowledged incidents, the assistant lists unresolved ones and picks out those that are triggered or assigned.
