List notes

Tool: oppex.incident.listNotes

Returns the notes on one incident, with the author's name and email and when each note was written. Use it to catch up on an incident before you join it, or to have the assistant summarize the investigation so far.

What you provide

InputRequiredDescription
Incident IDYesThe incident whose notes you want.

Example prompts

  • "What notes are on the Hyperdrive Failure incident?"
  • "Summarize the notes on the checkout latency incident so I can take over."
  • "Has anyone written anything on incident cacgichh-efbg-jv3t1ufo in the last hour?"

Who can use it

Anyone who can see the incident, whatever their role.

What you get back

For each note: the text, the author's name and email, and the time it was created and last changed. Notes are returned most recent first. Deleted notes are not included. An incident with no notes returns an empty list. An incident ID that does not match an incident you can see returns a not-found error.
