Joining Oppex platform
Introduction
Welcome to Oppex! Oppex is an Incident Management platform that helps you manage the lifecycle of production incidents and alert the on-call users and teams as per your configured requirements. This document provides a quick overview of the capabilities of the platform. It introduces you on how to get onboarded to the platform and use it effectively.
Signing up and updating your profile
A colleague can invite you to the Oppex platform (or an Oppex team member, if you are the first user from your organization being invited to the platform). When a new user is invited to join Oppex, they receive an email with a signup link to create their account.
Step 1: A colleague invites you to the Oppex platform.

Please complete your sign up within 7 days by clicking the invitation button or the link below.

Step 2: Complete Signup
Click on the invite link, fill up the form and signup to your Oppex account. Remember to do this within 7 days of receiving the invite so that your invite does not expire.

Open Profile Settings by clicking on the Profile Icon and choosing profile settings in the top right corner. Update your contact number in your profile settings. This is important for you to receive a call from us when you are added to on-call.
