Export report data
You can download a finished report as a CSV file, download the incidents behind one number, or collect several tabs in one Excel workbook. Any signed-in user can export a completed run.
Download every row as CSV
- Open the finished report.
- Select Export All Rows (CSV).
- Keep the page open while the window Getting your complete data ready is showing. Preparing a large report can take a few minutes.
- Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet application.
The file contains every row, not only the 500 rows shown on the page. Its name contains the report name and the date. In the history list, the CSV (All) button does the same for any completed run.
The CSV has the column names the report returns, and it includes columns that the page hides. The page shows friendlier headings and leaves out some helper columns, so the two can differ.
Download the incidents behind one number
When a drill-down tab is open and selected, the export button changes to Export followed by the row and column, for example Export Sandworm Monitor › Incidents Created. Select it to download that tab's incidents as CSV. The file lists the incident ID, title, creation time, service, who acknowledged it and when, who resolved it and when, and whether it was created within business hours. A file holds at most 50,000 incidents.
Download all tabs as Excel
After you open at least one drill-down tab, Download All Tabs (Excel) appears.

The workbook has one sheet named Summary Report, plus one sheet for each drill-down tab you opened. Oppex builds the workbook in your browser.
The Excel summary sheet holds only the rows shown on the page. Use Export All Rows (CSV) when you need every row of a large report. The drill-down sheets list every incident.
