Timezones
Every schedule has one configured timezone, set automatically when it's created — see Create a Schedule. You can preview the same schedule in a different timezone to see what it looks like from somewhere else, without changing anything.
Preview a different timezone
- Open the schedule.
- Use the Preview As dropdown at the top right and pick a timezone.
- Oppex shows two banners: a short View Only notice, and a longer one naming both the timezone you're previewing and the schedule's real configured timezone.
- Click Reset to my timezone when you're done.
Example: a schedule configured in Asia/Kolkata, previewed as Europe/London, shows:

Every day and hour on the calendar itself shifts to match the preview timezone. A shift that starts at 9:00 AM in the schedule's real Asia/Kolkata time displays several hours earlier in the Europe/London preview — how many exactly depends on the time of year, since Kolkata doesn't observe daylight saving but London does.
Every editing control — adding a layer, reordering members, creating or cancelling an override — is turned off while a preview timezone is active. This is deliberate: a time that looks like 9:00 AM in your preview might be 11:00 PM in the schedule's real, configured timezone, and editing against the wrong clock would be easy to get wrong. Reset to your own timezone first.
